Luke Weisenstein is an experienced swimmer and coach who originally hails from Lynchburg, Virginia. He began his swimming career at the age of 12 in summer league swimming. He swam with a year-round team until graduating high school, where he achieved Y-National and sectional time standards. After highschool, he swam competitively at the Division 1 level for Old Dominion University's Varsity team, specializing in the 100 and 200 breaststroke. He also performed in diving events for ODU. Over the years, he coached a summer league swim team in Lynchburg for roughly 8 years, and is now the head coach for Williamsburg Christian Academy's JV and Varsity swim team where he also teaches. He is looking forward to sharing the sport he loves with everyone at the Stonehouse Splash family!
Nolan Kline joined the Stonehouse Splash Swim team when he was 5 years old and has been an active part of the team every year since then. He has lived in this neighborhood his whole life and you will often see him at the pool lifeguarding or giving swim lessons to future swimmers. Since the 8th grade Nolan has been a junior coach and last year, he was the assistant coach. He swam for the Warhill High School swim team for four years.
Nolan now attends Old Dominion University and is studying Mechanical Engineering. He looks forward to making this team a place where kids learn important life skills and find friends, just as he did.
Arianne began swimming at 9 months old and started swimming on a competitive year-round team and then on Stonehouse Splash at age 7. She swam on the Warhill High School swim team for 3 year. She was Captain and attended state championships her senior year. Arianne has been an active member of Splash for many years and has given private swim lessons the past 5 summers.
Arianne will head to the University of Lynchburg in the fall to study nursing and to swim on their varsity swim team at the division 3 level.
